“I’m not your average coach. I’ve never been satisfied with average and I never will be. I put myself in situations that makes me grow, and I know how you and me together will reach your full potential, no matter where you are or what you do”.

What I do?

Think of me as your personal juice press, squeezing out strenghts you didn’t know you had. I’m here to add the perfect blend of encouragement and pressure, creating the drink for your success. With my passion and experience as my secret ingredient, I help you extract confidence and resilience, one squeeze at a time .

why mental training?

There’s a myth about mental training that it’s only for high performing people such as athletes and CEOs. My mission is for people to understand that it’s equally important as physical training and to make it accessible for you, no matter what your occupation is or where you live.

A fun fact about our brain is that it doesn't know the difference between reality and visualization. With my tools, you can trick your brain into believing it has already been in certain scenarios before experiencing them in real life, giving you an advantage. This is what we call being mentally prepared. I’ll sip to that!

Who is she?

At 12 years old I was introduced to mental training.
At 22 I played my first handball game in the highest league in Norway.
At 23 I wrote my bachelor thesis on how elite athletes use mental training as a part of their training program.
At 25 I quit everything and moved to Sweden to start a new career in the music industry. (I didn’t know anything about music or the industry, I just trusted my gut feeling).
At 26 I understood that the priciples used in sports psychology are the same as in any other type of psychology.
At 27 I got my adhd diagnosis.
At 27 I got a job at the global leading record label Universal Music AB.
At 28 I realised how I can use my knowledge in every part of my life.
At 30 I started my first podcast.
At 30 I’m launching my first company.

It has not been an easy ride, but one thing I learned as a twelve year old, that I carry with me to this day, is the ability to believe in myself. I’m the person to thank for being where I am today. I’m the only one responsible for putting myself in the situations that led me to where I am today. If I can do it, so can you.

We are capable of so much more than we think, we just need a little bit of trying and a little bit of confidence and self belief.

What’s the worst thing that could happen? Failure? Haha.. that’s how we learn baby! Being afraid of failure is like being afraid of your next breath. It’s gonna happen eventually and then it’ll pass. It will either turn out fine or you’ll get over it. It’s not that hard.
You reading this is one step closer to your dream life and goals. It’s time for you to take the next step.

So, how bad do you want it?
